  If your Cassida Cash Counters & Coin Sorters displays a 'DOUBLE ERROR', it means the last counted note's thickness is outside the expected range, possibly due to two or more bills stuck together. To resolve this, remove all bills from the stacker and recount them. If the issue continues, ensure bills are loaded correctly and the feed gap is adjusted properly. Also, verify that the sensors are clean.
