Why Cebora Welding System has porosity in the welding seam?
    • A
      Anna BushAug 11, 2025
Porosity in the welding seam of your Cebora Welding System can occur due to: * Insufficient shielding gas. Increase gas delivery to resolve this. * Excess oxidation of the edges to be welded. To fix this, thoroughly clean the edges with a metal brush. * A gas nozzle partially or completely clogged by spatter. Clean or replace the nozzle, being careful not to clog the gas outlets.

If your Cebora Welding System produces a lot of metal spatter during welding, it could be due to: improper adjustment of welding parameters. To solve this, select the correct parameters using the welding-voltage switch and the wire-speed adjustment potentiometer; or insufficient grounding, so check grounding connections.
