1. Put all the ingredients in the jar and press the button Pulse several times.
2. Serve the guacamole in a bowl with nachos.
Tip: To preserve from oxidation, place the pit of the avocado inside the bowl of guacamole.
Rice and Pasta
Rice with vegetables
Time: 30 m. People: 2
Ingredients:
70 g of tomato pulp
70 g of chopped onion
50 g of cooked haricot beans
100 g of French bean
50 g of zucchini in slices
50 g of aubergine in slices
50 g of carrots in slices
50 g of asparagus tips
50 g of yellow turnip in slice
200 g of rice
100 ml of olive oil
500 ml of water
1 chopped Artichoke
2 cloves of garlic
Salt, pepper and sweet pepper
Preparation:
Put tomato, onion, garlic, oil, beans, zucchini, eggplant, carrot, asparagus, turnip and 250 ml of
water in the jar and grind by pressing the pulse button many times.
Add oil and program for 15 minutes at 100 ºC without grinding.
Then grind by pressing the button pulse several times. Add pepper, salt and sweet pepper.
Once completed add the artichoke at 120 ºC without grinding.
When the water is being boiled add the rice and cook for 20 minutes. 5 minutes before the end
add the beans. Once finished verify salt and serve.
