Basic instructions
Functions
Cooking in the jar: Insert the ingredients and select the temperature, speed and
the desired time.
Steam: Add water in the jar and select a temperature of 120 ºC. Place the steam
and add the ingredients to cook.
Grind: Put the ingredients and select the speed (1) for a few minutes until it crush.
Your Cecomix Compact Plus has a safety system that prevents failures. If it over-
heats, it stops automatically.
Slice: Press the button (P) intermittently for slice food.
Chop/Scratch/Grind: Introduce solid foods and select speed 1 for several minu-
tes. You will get a smooth paste.
Pulverize: The same process of chop/grind, but for harder foods. Example: bread.
Beat: You can mix solids and liquids. Press (1) speed for a few minutes to get a dense,
homogeneous liquid.
Crush ice: Always use ice from the fridge, nonprofessional. Press repeatedly the button
(P) until obtaining a homogeneous pile of crushed ice cubes.
Bain Marie: Without speed. Dip the food in water at a temperature of 100 ºC and with
time specified in the recipe.
IMPORTANT
This device has a safety system which protects the motor, in case of overheats,
and automatically disconnects the crush. An overheating of your Cecomix Com-
pact Plus may occur due to continuous use of the robot.
