Parts and accessories
Measurer: Use to close the opening of the lid, besides being the unit of measure-
ment of the recipe book.
Jar lid: Must be completely closed for operation, otherwise it will not work.
Steamer: Use for steaming, follow the instructions of the recipe book. When you use
the steamer, make sure that you adjust well the closure.
Water level: It is very important not to exceed it.
Main body: Includes control panel, a temperature controller and the base to place
the jar.
When you crush in with your Cecomix Compact Plus, be careful with the move-
ments of the jar, your Cecomix Compact Plus has a safety system that automatically
disconnect your robot to avoid possible accidents.
It is recommended to press the lid of your robot during the crushing because the jar
moves and the lid might open.
Operation
Before starting, remember that the lid
must be installed. Otherwise the Ceco-
mix Compact Plus has a sensor that de-
tects if the lid is not closed.
