50 g of sliced green pepper
30 g of sliced red pepper
200 g of sliced carrot
100 g of green beans
100 g of peas
100 g of tomato pulp
50 ml of olive oil
50 ml of white wine
100 ml of water
2 cloves garlic
Bread soaked in milk
2 eggs and parsley
Salt, pepper and nutmeg
Preparation: 50 minutes
1. Add tomato, onion, garlic, bell pepper, carrot and oil and grind by pressing the pulse
button several times during several seconds.
2. Program for 5 minutes at 120 ºC without grinding.
3. Add the wine, water, beans, peas and program for 30 minutes at 120 ºC without grinding.
4. Add the chopped in a bowl, a clove of minced garlic, bread crumbs, eggs, parsley, salt
and pepper and mix with hands.Form balls and dip them in flour. 15 minutes before the
end of the preparation pour the peas into the glass, add water if necessary to cover half
the peas.
5. Garnish with chopped parsley.

Strawberry milkshake

Ingredients:
300 g of sliced strawberries
100 g of sugar
300 ml of fresh milk
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Preparation:
1. Add the sugar in the jar and grind 10 seconds by pressing Pulse.
2. Add the sliced strawberries, lemon juice and milk, then grind pressing Pulse several
times until you get an homogeneous mixture.
