3. RUN THE UNIT IN “SUCTION” MODE. WITH POWER SWITCH IN THE OFF,

POSITION CONNECT THE PUMP-TO-TANK HOSE TO THE SUCTION

CONNECTION.

4. TURN POWER SWITCH ON. THE VACUUM READING SHOULD INCREASE

TO 10-13” HG.

5. TURN SWITCH OFF. THE NEGATIVE PRESSURE IN THE TANK WILL CAUSE

THE PUMP TO ROTATE BACKWARDS UNTIL THE PRESSURE EQUALIZES.
