4. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
- Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the outer surface of the product, as well as the sensors, drive
wheels, and air outlet.
- The cleaning mops are washable and reusable.
- For wheel cleaning, press “Activate wheels for cleaning”. The wheels will start rotating,
making it easier to clean the with a soft, dry cloth.
- Do not immerse the product in water or place it under the tap. Use the lling bottle provided
with the window-cleaning robot.
- Do not expose the window-cleaning robot to direct sunlight or high temperatures.
Replacing the remote control batteries
- Open the remote control’s battery compartment.
- Insert the cells. Pay attention to polarity.
- Close the cell compartment by sliding the cover. Make sure it ts properly.
5. TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem Possible cause and solution
The window-cleaning robot slips. The mop is too wet, or the wheels are
damp. Replace the mop and dry the wheels
with a soft, dry cloth.
The window cleaning robot does not nish
cleaning the entire surface and stops.
Press the direction arrows to manually
resume cleaning. If the window-cleaning
robot does not respond, manually
reposition it.
The window cleaning robot does not glide
smoothly or moves unsteadily.
The surface is too wet, sticky, with
stickers... Use manual mode from the
remote control.
After cleaning, the window cleaning robot
leaves marks on the surface of the glass.
The mop is too dirty or too wet. Clean it or
replace it.
When the window-cleaning robot is
running and approaches the edge of the
frameless surface, it beeps twice.
The sensor of the window-cleaning robot
detects the edge of frameless surfaces. Do
not worry.
The window cleaning robot has stopped
working due to a power failure and is now
out of arm’s reach.
Carefully pull the safety cord and hold the
window cleaning robot by hand.
Turn o the window cleaning robot by
pressing and holding the power button.
The window-cleaning robot emits a
strange noise while on glass.
The surface is too dry or the anti-fall
sensors are too dirty. Activate the water
spray to wet the surface and wipe the
sensors with a clean dry cloth.

Not enough suction power. Check that
the mop is installed correctly and that the
glass is not broken. The window’s frame
rubber might be uneven.
The window-cleaning robot does not start
cleaning or moves without any pattern.
Free-fall sensors error. Check that the mop
is installed correctly and that the sensors
are in perfect condition.
The red light ashes and the window-
cleaning robot beeps 1 time per second.
Power adapter error. Make sure the device
is properly connected.

water or glass cleaner.
Check that the “Water Spray” function is
activated and that the tanks are full. Clean
the spray nozzles with a soft, clean cloth.
The window-cleaning robot does not work
properly.
Check that the mop or area to be cleaned
is not too dirty and that the surface has
no stickers on it, etc. Make sure the nut is
properly tightened.
