Light auto switch-o function
The light will automatically turn o after 10 minutes of inactivity.
Adjustable temperature range
Minimum value: 5 ºC/41 ºF
Maximum value: 18 ºC/ 64 ºF
The selected temperature will ash for a few seconds on the display, then the temperature
measured by the wine cooler’s internal sensor will be displayed.
Approximate limit values:
±1 ºC for Celsius degrees.
±2 ºC for Fahrenheit degrees.
Display range
Control panel (screen display) temperature display range: 0~37 ºC/32~99 ºF.
Error codes:
EE: “EE” will be displayed when the temperature sensor short-circuits or it is disconnected. The
display will ash and refrigeration will stop.
LL: when the temperature sensor detects a temperature lower than 0 ºC, “LLwill be shown on
the display ashing and refrigeration will stop.
HH: when the temperature sensor detects a temperature higher than 37 ºC, “HH” will be shown
on the display ashing and refrigeration will stop.
Memory function
The selected temperature will be maintained when the appliance is switched back on after
switch-o.
5. STORAGE TIPS
- This appliance is intended to be used exclusively for wine preservation.
- The wine coolers models GrandSommelier 15000 Black/Inox Compressor are designed to
hold a maximum of 15 750 ml Bordeaux bottles, based on the bottle distribution shown in
Figure 3.
- The wine coolers models GrandSommelier 20000 Black/Inox Compressor are designed to
hold a maximum of 20 750 ml Bordeaux bottles, based on the bottle distribution shown in
Figure 5.
3. PRODUCT ASSEMBLY
- This appliance is designed to be used in an upright position and should not be built-in.
- Place the appliance on a at, stable surface. To level the appliance, adjust its feet.
- Do not install the appliance inside of a cabinet or any other place where you cannot see the
front part of the appliance.
- Leave a distance of 10 cm at the top, rear, and sides of the appliance to ensure proper
ventilation.
- Do not place the appliance on a damp room or under direct sunlight or any other source
of heat.
- Do not place the appliance near heat sources (radiators, cookers, ovens, etc.).
- Extremely cold temperatures may aect the correct operation of the appliance.
- Connect the plug of the wine cooler to a suitable, earthed socket. If in doubt, contact an
authorised electrical installer.
- After plugging the appliance in, allow it to cool down for 2-3 hours before storing any
bottle inside it.
- We recommend that you always keep a small container of water inside the appliance to
maintain the humidity level.
- Always use extreme caution when handling the appliance to avoid any damage or injury.

Press this button for 2 seconds to unlock the appliance.

Briey press the Light On/O button to switch the light of the appliance on or o.
Long press to switch the temperature unit between Fahrenheit and Celsius.

Automatic-locking function
The appliance will lock automatically after 20 seconds if the user does not press any
