Types of fabrics
Fabrics with these symbols are suitable for ironing, for example: linen, cot-
ton, polyester, silk, wool, viscose, rayon..
Fabrics with this symbol are not suitable for ironing.
These fabrics include synthetic fabrics such as Spandex or elastane, Span-
dex-mixedfabricsandpolyolen(e.g. polypropylene),and also prints on
garments.
Using the iron
1. Connect the cord to a power supply.
2. Take out the water tank, ll it with room
temperature tap water and install the water
tank back in the appliance.
3. Unfold the ironing board to horizontal posi-
tion.
4. Set the ironing board to the appropriate
height with the lifting pedal.
5. Take the iron and garment steamer out of
the storage compartment.
