3. Reinsert the Luer lock adapter by reversing the steps outlined in Secon 4.3 and Figure 7. Do not overghten or the threads on the adapter
may be stripped and leakage could occur.
4.5 Loading a cartridge
1. Obtain a prelled bioink cartridge or ll a 3-mL cartridge with a low-viscosity bioink (Figure 9A).
2. Remove the end (top) cap (Figure 9B).
