CONTROL BOX TEST
When you switch the system on for the first time (including when you restart it after
wintering), please follow the procedure below:
• Fill all the pumps and boosters of the hydraulic circuit covered by this control box with
water.
• Calibrate the motor circuit breaker(s) to the rated voltage of the motors
• Ensure that the valves are open
• Power up the installation
• Check that the box is being supplied with power.
NB: Undervoltage may cause malfunctions
(Power < 223 V between phase and neutral under single-phase and three-phase
power, < 388V between phases under three-phase power)
• Carry out a test on the current circuit-breaker by pressing the test button
• Switch the current circuit breaker back on
• If the filtration pump is powered, press the manual override button (1) on the filtration
pump
• Check that the pump motor is turning in the right direction, if this is not the case
and the motor is under three-phase power, reverse the wires that are connected to
terminals 2 and 4 of the relevant contactor, check that the pump starts up correctly.
USE
• If the booster is powered, switch on your filtration, press the manual override switch (1)
of the booster. (Warning, coupling of your booster is obligatory)
• Check that the booster motor is turning in the right direction, if this is not the case,
and the motor is under three-phase power, reverse the wires that are connected to
terminals 2 and 4 of the relevant contactor, check that the booster starts up correctly.
• If there are projectors, check that they are immersed
• Press the on switch (1) of the lighting
• Check that the lighting is working
