Overview

The M30 Floor Scrubber is a cleaning equipment designed for various indoor environments, offering efficient and user-friendly operation. It is suitable for use in restaurants, schools, hospitals, factories, supermarkets, and office buildings, capable of cleaning floors made of epoxy, PVC, terrazzo, ceramic tile, wood, and rubber. The machine allows for the selection of different brush plates to optimize cleaning efficiency based on the floor type.

Function Description:

The M30 Floor Scrubber is designed to automate the floor cleaning process. It utilizes a brush plate to scrub the floor with a mixture of water and detergent, while a suction motor and squeegee system collect the dirty water into a sewage tank. This integrated approach ensures both effective cleaning and efficient drying of the floor. The machine is equipped with a clean water tank and a sewage tank, allowing for continuous operation without frequent refills or emptying. Its design emphasizes user-friendliness, safety, and durability, incorporating features to protect both the operator and the machine itself.

Important Technical Specifications:

  • Battery Capacity: 24 V/32 Ah
  • Working Efficiency: 1,350 m²/h
  • Suction Motor: 400 W
  • Total Weight: 75 kg
  • Brush Plate Motor: 300 W
  • Endurance Time: 1-2 h
  • Grade Ability: 8%
  • Clean Water Tank Capacity: 10 L
  • Cleaning Width: 350 mm
  • Sewage Tank Capacity: 15 L
  • Squeegee Width: 450 mm
  • Product Size: 700 * 450 * 1,050 (mm)

The machine's components include a handrail, sewage tank, clean water tank, brush plate, squeegee, controlling panel, sewage tank cover, and anti-slippery tires.

Usage Features:

The M30 Floor Scrubber is designed for ease of use and operational safety.

  • Preparation: Before operation, users should choose an appropriate detergent concentration, typically two glasses of detergent, and add it to the front water inlet, followed by clean water. Defoamer is recommended for the sewage tank to prevent foam and extend the suction motor's life. Tap water can be directly inserted into the water inlet on the side of the machine, with attention to water level to avoid overflows. It is recommended to manually sweep the ground to remove large debris before starting to prevent blockages and improve efficiency.
  • Starting the Work: The machine is turned on via a switch, which displays the current battery voltage. Batteries should be charged immediately if power is insufficient.
  • During Cleaning: The operator uses a forward/backward button to select the gear and activates the brush plate motor and suction motor. A water amount adjusting handle controls the flow of water and detergent. The electromagnetic valve is opened to begin the cleaning process.
  • Post-Cleaning Water Removal: If water accumulates on the ground after cleaning, the brush plate can be lifted, the suction motor turned on, and the machine moved back and forth in the area to remove the water. Deep grooves on the ground may require alternative methods for water removal.
  • Safety Precautions:
    • Operators must be trained and competent; children and disabled people are forbidden from using the machine.
    • Do NOT use the machine after consuming alcohol or medicine.
    • Turn off the machine before any maintenance or repair.
    • Keep batteries away from sparks, flame, and smoke.
    • Do NOT use in places with flammable or explosive liquids, gases, or vapor.
    • Avoid wearing loose clothing and keep body parts away from moving components during operation.
    • Do NOT smoke while charging batteries.
    • In case of fire, use a powder extinguisher.
    • Do NOT use the machine on slopes or tough ground, or sit on it.
    • Be cautious when operating near edges and avoid moving over small obstacles.
    • Ensure the machine is well-assembled before operation.
    • The charging room must be well ventilated, and an E-core power cord with a ground wire should be used for charging. A residual-current circuit breaker (RCCB) is recommended to minimize electric shock risks.
    • Do NOT put objects on batteries or allow water into the suction motor during washing.

Maintenance Features:

Routine maintenance and replacement of damaged components are crucial for the longevity and performance of the M30 Floor Scrubber.

  • Battery Maintenance:
    • Batteries should be charged as soon as the voltage drops below 42 V to prevent a low voltage state.
    • Keep batteries dry and clean to avoid electric leakage.
    • Avoid placing metallic objects on batteries to prevent short-circuits.
    • Do NOT install or remove batteries when the key switch is in the "ON" position.
    • When installing or removing batteries, disconnect the negative wire first, then the positive wire. Pay close attention to polarity during rewiring to prevent damage to electrical components.
    • Avoid direct contact between positive and negative electrodes to prevent short circuits, high heat, or fire.
  • Brush Plate Replacement:
    • To install, place the brush plate under its cover, aligning its head with the bayonet. Press the brush plate motor button for automatic installation via motor rotation, or install manually. Manual installation is recommended for inexperienced personnel.
  • Squeegee Replacement and Maintenance:
    • Regularly check the squeegee for foreign objects in the plastic scraper, blockages in the joint and hose, and appropriate angle with the ground (adjustable via universal wheels).
    • If the squeegee is seriously worn, it should be replaced. Both sides of the squeegee can be used for water suction.
    • For heavily oily environments, a specific oil-resistant squeegee should be purchased.
  • Post-Cleaning Procedures:
    • Discharge the sewage tank and wipe the machine's surface with a dry cloth.
    • Lift the brush plate and squeegee.
    • Store the machine in a dry indoor place, away from flame, chemical substances, and flammable gases or liquids.
    • If the machine is not to be used for a long period, charge the batteries, disconnect the battery cord, and cover the machine with a cloth.
  • Troubleshooting Suction Issues: If the suction motor is abnormal or the squeegee is not working, stop the machine immediately and check:
    • If the sewage tank is full (discharge immediately if so).
    • If the squeegee joint is blocked (remove blockage immediately if so).
    • If there is excessive foam in the sewage tank (add defoamer).

Warranty Information:

  • General: Seven-day guaranteed return, fifteen-day guaranteed replacement, one-year warranty for the whole machine, and a 6-month warranty for damaged parts. Consumables have no warranty. The warranty period is calculated from the day after receiving the machine. The delivery receipt and purchase invoice serve as warranty certificates and must be kept.
  • Warranty Contents:
