1. Fill the tank with cooking oil between
the MIN and MAX ll lines. Never heat
the fryer without oil.
6. When your food is done, carefully
lift the lid. Use the handle to lift the
basket and hook it above the oil.
Allow excess oil to drain back into
the tank. CAUTION: To avoid risk of
burns, do not touch any other parts
of the fryer when hot.
2. Attach the magnetic connector end
of the cord into the back of the unit,
then plug in the other end of the
cord into a dedicated outlet.
4. Place food in the wire basket, then
slowly lower the basket into the oil.
CAUTION: Do not overload
the basket.
8. Turn off the unit, unplug, and let cool
completely before cleaning the unit.
3. Set the temperature using the
control knob. The indicator light
will turn on as the oil heats and will
turn off when the oil reaches the
selected temperature.
7. Carefully remove the basket from
the unit, remove the food from the
basket, and serve.

5. Close the fryer lid, and fry food
according to your recipe or
to desired doneness. NOTE:
Adding food naturally cools the
oil, causing the indicator light to
turn back on. The light will turn
off when the set temperature is
again reached.
