This document describes the Chefman French Door Air Fryer + Oven, a versatile kitchen appliance designed for various cooking methods.
Function Description:
The Chefman French Door Air Fryer + Oven is a multi-functional appliance capable of air frying, baking, toasting, convection baking, keeping warm, broiling, and rotisserie cooking. It features customized upper and lower heating elements to ensure optimal heat distribution for different cooking needs. The French doors allow for easy access to the oven interior.
Important Technical Specifications:
The oven offers a wide temperature range, adjustable via the Temperature Dial, from 200°F to 450°F. The Oven Timer can be set for up to 60 minutes and must be engaged for the oven to power on. A Power Light illuminates once the timer is set, indicating that the unit is active. The Cook Function Dial allows users to select specific cooking modes such as Air Fry, Broil, Rotisserie, Bake/Convection Bake, and Keep Warm.

- Spit Screws (11): Fasten the spit forks to the spit rod.
- Spit Rod (12): The main component for rotisserie cooking.

- Convection Bake: Baking pan, wire rack, or other heatproof dish. Heat source: Top and bottom bars. Fan: Yes. Recommended Temperature: 300-400°F.
- Keep Warm: Baking pan, wire rack, air fry basket, or other heatproof dish. Heat source: Bottom only bars. Fan: No. Recommended Temperature: 200°F.
- Broil: Baking pan, wire rack, or other heatproof dish. Heat source: Top only bars. Fan: No. Recommended Temperature: 450°F.
- Rotisserie: Spit with forks and baking pan below it. Heat source: Top only bars. Fan: No. Recommended Temperature: 350-400°F.
Before First Use:
- Remove all packing materials and stickers, except for the rating label. Ensure all accessories are present.
- Wipe the exterior with a clean, damp cloth and dry thoroughly. Clean the interior with a damp cloth or sponge and warm, sudsy water.
- Hand wash all accessories.
- Place the oven on a flat, heat-resistant surface at least 4 inches away from the wall or other objects.
How to Cook:
- Ensure the crumb tray is inserted and plug in the unit.
- Place food in the air fry basket, baking pan, or wire rack. The middle slot is generally recommended, with the upper slot reserved for broiling if space allows.
- Set the Cook Function Dial and Temperature Dial to the desired settings.
- Turn the Timer Dial to the desired time. For times less than 20 minutes, turn the dial past 20 minutes, then back to the desired time. The Power Light will illuminate, and cooking will begin.
- Once the timer ends, a bell will ring, and the unit will turn off. Carefully remove food.
How to Use the Rotisserie Spit:
- Remove spit forks by loosening screws. Slide food onto the spit, reattach forks with tines digging into the food, and tighten screws.
- Insert the squared end of the spit rod into the rotisserie gear on the right interior wall. Slide the left side of the rod into the holder on the left wall, ensuring free rotation.
- Cook using the Broil function.
Maintenance Features:
Cleaning and Maintenance:
- Unplug the unit and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
- Slide out the crumb tray, discard crumbs, and wipe clean. The crumb tray is NOT dishwasher-safe.
- The rack, basket, and spit are top-rack dishwasher-safe. The baking pan and spit removal tool are NOT dishwasher-safe and should be hand washed and dried thoroughly.
- Clean the interior walls with warm, sudsy water and a damp cloth or sponge. Regular grease removal prevents smoke and maintains consistent cooking. Avoid abrasive cleaners like steel wool pads, as they can damage the finish.
- Wipe the exterior with a clean, damp cloth and dry thoroughly.
- Wash the glass on the door with dish soap and warm water using a sponge, soft cloth, or nylon pad. Do not use spray glass cleaner.
