Before First Use:

  1. Remove all packing materials and stickers, except for the rating label. Ensure all accessories are present.
  2. Wipe the exterior with a clean, damp cloth and dry thoroughly. Clean the interior with a damp cloth or sponge and warm, sudsy water.
  3. Hand wash all accessories.
  4. Place the oven on a flat, heat-resistant surface at least 4 inches away from the wall or other objects.

How to Cook:

  1. Ensure the crumb tray is inserted and plug in the unit.
  2. Place food in the air fry basket, baking pan, or wire rack. The middle slot is generally recommended, with the upper slot reserved for broiling if space allows.
  3. Set the Cook Function Dial and Temperature Dial to the desired settings.
  4. Turn the Timer Dial to the desired time. For times less than 20 minutes, turn the dial past 20 minutes, then back to the desired time. The Power Light will illuminate, and cooking will begin.
  5. Once the timer ends, a bell will ring, and the unit will turn off. Carefully remove food.

How to Use the Rotisserie Spit:

  1. Remove spit forks by loosening screws. Slide food onto the spit, reattach forks with tines digging into the food, and tighten screws.
  2. Insert the squared end of the spit rod into the rotisserie gear on the right interior wall. Slide the left side of the rod into the holder on the left wall, ensuring free rotation.
  3. Cook using the Broil function.

Maintenance Features:

Cleaning and Maintenance:

  1. Unplug the unit and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
  2. Slide out the crumb tray, discard crumbs, and wipe clean. The crumb tray is NOT dishwasher-safe.
  3. The rack, basket, and spit are top-rack dishwasher-safe. The baking pan and spit removal tool are NOT dishwasher-safe and should be hand washed and dried thoroughly.
  4. Clean the interior walls with warm, sudsy water and a damp cloth or sponge. Regular grease removal prevents smoke and maintains consistent cooking. Avoid abrasive cleaners like steel wool pads, as they can damage the finish.
  5. Wipe the exterior with a clean, damp cloth and dry thoroughly.
  6. Wash the glass on the door with dish soap and warm water using a sponge, soft cloth, or nylon pad. Do not use spray glass cleaner.
