3.10 Connecting to a WiFi network
To connect to a WiFi network, follow these steps.
1. Press the Menu button to access the main menu.
2. Select Settings to access the Settings menu.
3. Select the Wireless network. The screen displays
two switches: Flight mode, wireless network. Wire-
less LAN switch is in the OFF position. (If it is not,
then your device is already connected to the net-
work WiFi).
4. Select the wireless network, and then press OK.
The device will scan for available networks WiFi.The
screen will display a menu of items Add Network
WiFi, Turn o the WiFi network and a list of available
networks. The list of available networks in the be-
ginning will be empty. After 1, 2 minutes in the list
displays the available network WiFi.Under the line
with the name of the network status of the network
will be displayed.
5. Select the network WiFi, to which you want to con-
nect the device and press OK. If you are logged into
the network does not require a password (status
is dierent from the Protected), the device will au-
tomatically connect to the network and the status
changes to Connected. If the network is protected
by a password, the screen will display a dialog box
for entering a password. Press the key Keyboard and
using the on-screen keyboard that appears, enter
the password. When nished, click the DONE button
