PRACTICAL INFORMATION
CHANGING A FUSE
Before replacing a fuse:
- the cause of the failure must be
identi ed and corrected,
- all electrical consumers must be
switched off,
- your vehicle must be stationary,
ignition off.
Identify the failed fuse by reference
to the tables and diagrams below.
Access to tools
The extraction tweezer A is tted on
the back of the dashboard fusebox
cover.
For access to it:
) unclip the cover by pulling at the
top right, then left,
) pull the cover down,
) remove the tweezer.
Changing a fuse
) Use the special tweezer A to ex-
tract the fuse from its housing
and check the condition of its el-
ement.
) Replace the failed fuse with a
fuse of the same rating (same
colour)
Use of a fuse of different rating
may cause a malfunction (risk of
re).
If the failure occurs again soon after
replacing the fuse, have the electri-
cal system checked by a CITROËN
dealer or a quali ed workshop.

installation of accessories that
are not supplied and/or not rec-
ommended by CITROËN and not
installed according to its instruc-
tions, particularly when the energy
consumption of all of the additional
accessories connected exceeds
10 milliamperes (Ma).
