pin 5: CT : High frequency oscillator capacitor for oper-
ation and striking frequency.
pin 6: LCT : Low frequency timing capacitor for LPWM
dimming and striking timer.
pin 7: ADJ : Signal input for LPWM/ analog dimming.
pin 8: ENA : Enable and reset.
pin 9: V-SENSE : Transformer output over-voltage and over-
current detection.
