Know the Data on the Nameplate
1. Truck registered name.
2. Type of construction. The code signi-
es the UL type of protection. Check
with proper authority before entering
areas where ammable or explosive
material may be present.
3. Truck serial number.
4. Capacity, data.
5. Truck weight, less load.
6. Battery weight.
7. Battery type.
8. Battery voltage
9. Battery ampere-hour rating.
Nameplate
CAUTION
When attachments are added or if the truck is modied,
the capacity of the truck may be aected. Contact your
authorized Clark dealer for a new nameplate showing the
revised capacity.
IMPORTANT
OSHA requires prior written approval from the manufacturer
before any modications aecting capacity or safety may
be made.
