Safety
Read theentire instruction manual before using thedevice and keep it for
future reference.
Never use themoisture meter if you suspect any type of electrical problem
or short-circuiting in thearea to be measured. Electric shocks can damage
themoisture meter and be hazardous for both person and property.
Themoisture meter must only be used in accordance with theinstructions
described in this manual.
Themoisture meter must not be used in environments where explosive
gases or vapours are present.
Remove thebattery if theproduct is not to be used for anextended period
oftime. Batteries left in theproduct have thepotential to leak and damage
theproduct.
Themoisture meter’s probes are verysharp. Neverlet children use
theproduct.
Themoisture meter should never be exposed torain. Themoisture meter
should be stored inside its protective case whenever it is notused.
Themoisture meter should never be exposed to blows or vibrations during
use or transport.
Do not expose themoisture meter to direct sunlight for any extended
period. Usingthemeter in thepresence of strong magnetic fields can lead
to false readings.
Change thebatteries when thelow-battery icon appears on thedisplay.
Make sure theprobes are whole and undamaged beforeuse.
