CHEMICAL INJECTION SYSTEM
The chemical injection system utilizes the natural
inlet draw of the high-pressure pump to move the
chemical into the main pressure stream.
The chemical is picked up from the container
and fed through the flow meter at a desired
amount of chemical which is adjusted through
the metering valve.
The chemical and water are mixed in the high-
pressure pump and then forced through the heat
exchangers and outlet manifold where then it is
distributed to high-pressure hoses out to the
cleaning tool
