First, ensure the On/Off switch is in the “ON” (I) position. Check that the GFCI is properly plugged in. If you're using an extension cord, it might be too long, not the proper gauge, or damaged; replace it with a 25’ (7.6 m) or 50’ (15 m) 14/3 gauge cord. The electrical outlet might not be providing enough power, so try a different outlet. Finally, the pressure washer's thermal protector may have tripped; allow it to cool down before restarting.
