A. When standing 6”-10” from the red light, we recommend a 15-20 min session. Our stand design
ensures an ideal distance of 6 inches between you and the red light therapy tower. Simply align your
feet with the base on the stand for optimal results.
B. When siing 12-18” away from the tower, we recommend a 20-30 min session.
