Operation and Maintenance
Operation:
A reaction bar and bracket must always be used in high torque applications above 50 ft.-lbs. (68 Nm) or in close
quarter areas where entrapment and injury to hands or ngers could occur.
Maintenance:
Only qualied and trained personnel are to perform maintenance on these tools.
Regular maintenance reduces operating faults, repair costs and downtime. In addition to the following service
schedule, implement a safety related maintenance program that takes the local regulations for repair and
maintenance for all operating phases of the tool into account.
