Configuring an External Display In Windows
1. Attach your external display(s) to the appropriate port, and turn it(them) on.
2. Go to the Control Panel.
3. Click Display (icon) and Adjust Resolution (Appearance and Personalization).
4. Click the Detect button.
5. The computer will then detect any attached displays.
