3G/4G Module USIM Card Installation
Follow the instructions below to install the USIM card (which will be supplied by
your service provider) which requires the removal of the battery first.
1. Turn the computer off, and turn it over.
2. Slide the latch in the direction of the arrow, and then slide latch in the
direction of the arrow and hold it in place.
3. While holding the latch in place, pull the battery up at point
in the direction of
the arrow to remove the battery .
4. Insert the USIM card (see overleaf).
5. Reinsert the battery (see page 1 - 28).

Power Safety
Warning
Before you undertake any
installation procedures,
make sure that you have
turned off the power, and
disconnected all peripher-
als and cables (including
telephone lines).
