If the engine of your Club Car Golf Cars does not start easily, it might be due to a partially fouled or poor condition spark plug, so replace or clean it. The spark plug wire could also be damaged or loose, requiring repair or replacement. Check for loose wire connections at the ignition coil or RPM limiter and secure them. An intermittent ignition coil failure may also be the reason, in which case you should test and replace the ignition coil if necessary. Other potential causes include low cylinder compression (check and repair as needed), water or dirt in the fuel system and/or carburetor (clean the fuel system and replace the fuel filter), an improperly adjusted carburetor (adjust it), or a slipping starter/generator belt (adjust the belt tension).
