Placement
Thedehumidifier is only intended for normal domestic use and only in themanner described
in this instruction manual.
Do not use thedehumidifier in aroom in which thetemperature might fall to below 5 ºC.
Make sure that thedehumidifier is standing firmly on aflat surface capable of supporting its
weight even when thewater reservoir is full.
Make sure that themains lead is easily accessible and is not damaged by sharp edges or is
crushed in any way during use.
Extra caution should taken be when thedehumidifier is used in thesame environment as
infants, small children and theelderly.
Thedehumidifier should be placed where it can draw in air from theentire house.
All interior doors should be opened. Close exterior doors and windows.
If any part of your house suffers from severe humidity, thedehumidifier can be placed there
first and then moved to another part of thehouse later.
Position thedehumidifier where theair can circulate freely, allow at least 20 cm of air space
on all sides.
Never place thedehumidifier next to aradiator or heating appliance.
