4. DISASSEMBLING AND SERVICING
PIN（10×14）
CYLINDER HEAD
Installation ：
Before installation, remove any carbon
deposits from the combustion chamber and
inspect the valve seats. Measure the
cylinder compression after reassembly.
GASKET
SPARK
PLUG
BOLT（Ｍ８×５０）
Loosen and tighten the
bolts in a crisscross
pattern in 2 or 3 steps.
CYLINDER
GASKET
HEAD COVER
BOLT（Ｍ６×１4）
 Apply oil to thread
 Loosen and tighten the bolts in a
crisscross pattern, especially tightening,
uniformly and gradually tighten, finally
to the specified torque.
Torque：8N.m
