There is no sound or distorted sound.
Ensure that the TV and amplier have been turned on and properly set up.
Ensure that the TV and amplier connections are secure and correct.
Try a different Audio track of the DVD by pressing AUDIO.
Ensure that the MUTE function of the TV, Amplier, or Player is not engaged.
The remote control doesn’t work.
Ensure that the Power Switch has been physically set to the ON position.
Ensure that there are no obstacles between the remote and the player.
Point the remote at the remote sensor on the main unit.
Ensure that the batteries in the remote retain a charge and have been installed correctly.
The player has malfunctioned.
Unplug the player and remove the battery pack for 30 minutes. After that, reinstall the battery
and plug in the player. Power on the player -- the restore function should reset the player.
