Nucleus Smart App
Recipients can control and monitor their sound processor(s) using an iPhone® or iPod touch®, or
a compatible Android™ smartphone.
ꞏ Change volume, program, sensitivity, bass and treble, and
master volume limit.
ꞏ Stream audio from wireless accessories or telecoil.
ꞏ Control bilateral sound processors together or separately.
ꞏ Monitor sound processor status and receive alerts.
ꞏ Install rmware updates.
ꞏ Conrm installation of rmware updates.
ꞏ Find information on implant model.
Note: Master volume, bass, and treble must be enabled by a clinician to
be accessible to a recipient.
Nucleus Smart App automatically checks for rmware updates. Recipients need internet access
and will be prompted to conrm rmware installation.
Recipients/carers must know how to use their iPhone, iPod touch or Android smartphone.

2� Follow the instructions to pair your sound processor(s) to your device, and set up the app:
