Troubleshooting
Phone can not be turned on
Be sure to hold down the [ ] button for more than 3 seconds.
Make sure battery is properly connected to your phone.
Remove the battery, reinstall it and restart your phone.
If battery is low, recharge it.
Phone asks for PIN code
PIN lock feature is enabled. Each time phone is switched on, PIN must be entered
(if you are using your phone for the first time, you must enter PIN code provided
with the SIM card).
Phone asks for PUK code
PIN code has been entered incorrectly three times, and now SIM card is locked.
Enter PUK code provided by your network operator.
Cannot access the setup mode
To access setup mode you should keep pressing the [ ] key for more than 2
seconds and enter correct password. Default password for the terminal is 2580.
SIM card error
Clean SIM metal contacts with a clean cloth (do not use a solvent).
SIM card is not properly placed. Insert SIM card according to the figure in the unit.
SIM card is damaged, contact your network provider.
