Assembling the degassing sleeves

Assemble the degassing sleeves. Take the filter gasket [4], filter [3], rubber gasket [2] and the
extruder unit. Clean the thread and apply Anti-Seize Food Grade Compound on all bolts. The bolts
need to be tightened by see Procedure for changing the extruder piston on PR750H and PR350H
This section will describe changing the extruder piston on PR750H and PR350H.
During this operation it’s important
to activate the emergency stop button.
Disassembling the extruder plate changer
Remove one of the extruder plates

by loosening the 2 screws
[

and push out the extruder plate in the opposite
direction. Do also remove the outlet sprout
[

]
. Move the extruder plate changer so this empty slot is in front of the barrel
see instructions regarding operation in single mode below. The extruder plate changer
[

]
will be loosened during this
operation. So it’s important to put a strap around it to avoid any unnecessary hazard. The extruder plate changer can be
fixated as displayed below.
