  If your Coldline Refrigerator isn't cooling effectively or is cooling very slowly, consider the following: * **Overheating:** Ensure there's 10-15 cm of space between the wall and the back of the appliance for proper ventilation. Keep the unit away from heat sources like ovens. Ensure the condenser is clean; vacuum any dirt or remove the front cover and clean the fins with a plastic bristle brush. * **Overloaded:** Avoid exceeding the maximum permissible product weight. Pre-cool the chamber to -20°/-30° C before inserting hot items. * **Icing:** Start a manual defrost if the evaporator is covered in ice. * **Internal fans:** Contact technical support to check the fans if they are always off.
