After you have answered an outside call at your station,
your LCD will display HOLD, TRANSFER, CONFERENCE,
GROUP LISTEN, and RECORD
1. SELECT
Hold
to place the call on hold at your
station, or
2. SELECT
Transfer
to initiate a transfer to
another station, then dial the station number,
announce the call or hang up to complete the
transfer, or
3. SELECT
Conference
to initiate a conference
call.
4. SELECT
Group Listen
to activate the speaker
while using the handset or headset, so a group
can listen to the conversation but not interact
with the calling party.
5. SELECT
Record
to record the call (if VMAIL
is installed).
