The PM5 is the brains behind the SkiErg. It
displays your workout data in real time, and
stores your workouts for later analysis. More
on page ##.

FLYWHEEL
The Concept2 SkiErg uses air resistance, which is
generated by the spinning flywheel. The faster you get
the wheel spinning, the more resistance there will be.
The harder you pull, the more resistance you will feel.
PERFORMANCE MONITOR
The PM5 is the brains behind the SkiErg. It displays your
workout data in real time, and stores your workouts for
later analysis. More on page 9.
