How to fix no display on Concoa INTELLISWITCH Switch?
    • D
      Daniel ReyesAug 17, 2025
If there are no display or status lights on your Concoa Switch, it indicates the system is not receiving power. First, restore power to the system. If the issue persists, check that the power source is live and replace the fuse if necessary. Finally, inspect the system fuse and replace the electronic control board if needed.

Why does outlet pressure drop on Concoa INTELLISWITCH?
    • K
      Kelsey HayesAug 20, 2025
If the outlet pressure from your Concoa Switch drops below the adjusted value, it could be due to several reasons. The flow demands on the system may be greater than the cylinders can supply, in which case you should replace or resize the cylinders. Alternatively, the cylinder pressures might be too low, requiring you to change the switchover pressure on the IntelliSwitch. The switchover pressure may also be set too low for the application.

What to do if remote alarm does not work with Concoa INTELLISWITCH?
    • D
      Dean GarzaAug 22, 2025
If the remote alarm isn't working with your Concoa Switch, start by checking the remote alarm LED on the IntelliSwitch front panel to ensure the remote alarm is powered. Also, check that the alarm is powered and on. If the alarm is powered, verify the wiring between the IntelliSwitch and the alarm is correct.

Why Concoa INTELLISWITCH does not switch automatically?
    • C
      Crystal WilsonAug 26, 2025
If your Concoa Switch is not automatically switching from one side to the other, verify that the pressure on the destination side is greater than the switchover pressure setting. If it is not, restore pressure to the proper operating level. Also, check that the switchover pressure setting is correct for the cylinder size and inlet pressures required.

What to do if there is no delivery pressure on Concoa INTELLISWITCH?
    • H
      haneywilliamAug 28, 2025
If you see pressure readings on both inlet displays of your Concoa Switch but there's no delivery pressure, it might be because the air supply is off or its pressure is too low; restore pressure. Another possibility is that the internal regulator for the valve system is plugged or faulty, requiring you to clean or replace the internal regulator.

How to fix Err3 on Concoa Switch display?
    • K
      Kari GregoryAug 31, 2025
If any display on your Concoa Switch shows "Err3", it means the switchover pressure value is greater than the cylinder size selected. To resolve this, change the cylinder size by pressing the "Source Select" button. You might also need to change the switchover pressure value.

Why no pressure on right inlet display of Concoa Switch?
    • D
      danielle99Sep 2, 2025
If you observe a pressure reading on the left inlet display but no pressure on the right inlet display or outlet display of your Concoa Switch, and your system uses delivery process gas activation, ensure the right side is pressurized for gas delivery. Restore a minimum of 80 PSI pressure to the right side.

Why gas flows from one side to another in Concoa INTELLISWITCH?
    • D
      Daniel ThomasSep 8, 2025
