• Dieses Installationshandbuch gilt für alle CONVOTHERM Heißluftdämpfer Typ OES, OGS, OEB und OGB und deren
Varianten. Beachten Sie bei Sonderausführungen die zusätzlichen Informationen.
• Die in diesem Installationshandbuch genannten Normen gelten für Deutschland. In allen anderen Ländern sind die entsprechenden
landesspezifischen Normen und Vorschriften zu beachten.
Gerät auf Transportschäden überprüfen!
• Verpackung des Gerätes auf Transportschäden überprüfen und diese auf dem Lieferschein vermerken.
• Gerät auspacken und ebenfalls auf Transportschäden überprüfen. Bei Verdacht auf Transportschäden sofort Ihren
Fachhändler / Spediteur benachrichtigen und innerhalb von 3 Tagen Fa. CONVOTHERM schriftlich informieren!
Garantiebedingungen!
• Es gelten die jeweiligen Garantiebedingungen Ihres CONVOTHERM-Distributors.
• Ausgenommen von der Garantie sind Glasschäden, Glühbirnen und Dichtungsmaterial sowie Schäden durch
unsachgemäße Installation, Gebrauch, Reinigung, Wartung, Reparatur und Entkalkung.

Thank you for your confidence in having chosen a CONVOTHERM.
• This Installation Manual is for all CONVOTHERM combination oven steamers, models OES, OGS, OEB and OGB and
variations thereof. Please note the additional information on the optional equipment.
• The standards used in this manual are valid for Germany. In all other countries, the respective country specifications and
regulations are to be observed.
Inspect unit for transportation damage!
• Check unit packing for transportation damage and record this on the delivery papers at the time it is received.
• Unpack unit and also check for transportation damage. If there is suspicion of transportation damage, inform your dealer/
shipping company immediately and inform CONVOTHERM in writing within 3 days!
Conditions of Warranty!
• The current respective conditions of warranty of your CONVOTHERM distributor are valid.
• Not covered under the warranty is glass damage, light bulbs and sealing material as well as damage due to improper
installation, use, cleaning, maintenance, repair and decalcification.

du transport, faites-en part immédiatement à votre revendeur spécialisé / au transporteur et informez la société
CONVOTHERM par écrit dans les 3 jours qui suivent la livraison !

• Les dispositions de la garantie de votre distributeur Convotherm sont applicables.
• Sont exclus de la garantie les bris de verre, les ampoules et les joints, ainsi que les dommages résultant d'une erreur
d'installation, d'utilisation, de nettoyage, d'entretien, de réparation ou de détartrage.
