5. Spray the entire front face of each HMX with non diluted white or distilled vinegar.
NOTE! Use as much non-diluted white or distilled vinegar as needed to thoroughly coat each HMX face entirely, taking
special care to spray vinegar directly into working air channels (shown below).
CAUTION! Do not use high water pressure or a pressure washer when washing down the HMX. Use only light hand
pressure with a soft nylon brush to prevent damage to the HMXs. Using high pressure or a heavy brush could remove the epoxy
coating on the HMX causing leaks.
NOTE! Be sure to spray water directly into the working air channels of the HMX.
