If your computer's USB driver doesn't recognize the
camera,consider using a card reader to access the files.
(3)Using a Card Reader with the Memory Card
Remove the memory card from the camera and insert
it into a card reader. Connect the card reader to your
computer.
"U Disk" will appear in the drive list. Double-click the
"U Disk" icon to access its contents. Recorded videos
and photos are located in the "DCIM" -> "100MEDIA"
folder.
Download photos and videos to your computer.
