Additionally, high static pressure (verify static pressure and fan performance data), an improper pulley selection (change the pulley if the blower motor ampere is within the rated load), closed dampers or improper air balance (check that all dampers are opened properly and balance the air), a dirty filter (clean it), or a dirty cooling coil (clean it) could be the cause.
