Why is my Cooline PT036 Air Conditioner blower running, but with not enough supply air?

  There are several reasons why your Cooline Air Conditioner might be running, but not providing enough air. The issue could be due to a loose belt (adjust it and check the belt tension), a variable pulley that is wide open (adjust the pitch of the pulley), or obstructions in the return air (check and remove any obstructions). Additionally, high static pressure (verify static pressure and fan performance data), an improper pulley selection (change the pulley if the blower motor ampere is within the rated load), closed dampers or improper air balance (check that all dampers are opened properly and balance the air), a dirty filter (clean it), or a dirty cooling coil (clean it) could be the cause.

What to do if my Cooline PT036 compressor runs, but short cycles?

  If the compressor in your Cooline Air Conditioner is running but short cycling, it could be due to a safety circuit opening because of low suction pressure, high discharge pressures, or an overload protector. You should verify the reason for low suction pressure and high discharge pressure. Also check the dome temperature and RLA for each phase and verify the reason. Additionally, check if the thermostat is in a cold location and relocate it if needed. Try lowering the temperature setting on the thermostat to 21 degrees Celsius for testing.
