      Alert icons on the zone or devices of your Cooper Lighting Equipment indicate that programmed settings failed to transmit completely. Ensure your mobile device is within range of the nearest WaveLinx Lite device and that the network shows a connection. First, process the zone alert by tapping the alert icon at the top of the zone screen to reprocess communications. If successful, the alert will clear, and device alerts may clear too. Retry if needed. If device alerts persist, tap the device alert to reprocess communication. The alert will clear once settings are sent. Retry if needed. Clear zone alert first, then device alert.

The network connection should refresh automatically. If it doesn't, tap the icon. Also, ensure Bluetooth is on and move closer to one of the devices if the network fails to connect, as the mobile device might be out of range.

      If your Cooper Lighting Equipment device appears offline and attempts to send settings fail, first verify the device has power and check for LED activity in response to motion. If power is confirmed, bring the mobile device close to the WaveLinx Lite device and try a ‘blink to identify’ command via the mobile application. If the device responds, attempt to communicate again. If communication still fails, the device may need to be deleted and reprovisioned. If the device does not respond, no answer.

      If you see the message ‘This warning cannot be resolved. Please resolve the zone warning’ on your Cooper Lighting Equipment, it means you need to clear the zone alert before clearing the device alert. Always clear alerts at the zone level before addressing device-level alerts.
