Ensure your mobile device is within range of the nearest WaveLinx Lite device and that the network shows a connection. First, process the zone alert by tapping the alert icon at the top of the zone screen to reprocess communications. If successful, the alert will clear, and device alerts may clear too. Retry if needed. If device alerts persist, tap the device alert to reprocess communication. The alert will clear once settings are sent. Retry if needed. Clear zone alert first, then device alert.
