8. Splicing
8.1 If you are installing splice trays, complete
splicing and tray routing per instructions for the tray
and splicing method you are using.
8.2 Secure the trays with a Velcro strap (Figure 7).
9. Cable Routing
9.1 When installing the WCH to a SSH, leave
some unsecured cable slack in the slack storage
housing to allow access into the SSH cabinet without
damaging the fibers or buffer tubes when opening the
cabinet. Route cables inside the housing as illustrated
in Figure 7.
9.2 When closing the unit, make sure none of the
fibers will be pinched when the front panel is
replaced.
Thread through hole in cover of
SSH and backplate of WCH

Secure with Velcro strap.
