treatmentsystem,theairpressureofthissystemwill
influencethedehumidifier.Youshouldthencontact
yoursupplierbeforeinstallationforadvice.
Beforestarting-upthedehumidifier,checkthatall
electricconnectionsaremadecorrectly.
IfthisisOK,justconnecttheplugintotheelectric
switch,andswitchon.
Theselectorswitchhasthreepositions(S1):
-manual=continuousoperation
-0=switchedoff
-automatic=operationwithconnectedhumidistat
Atstartingup,selectthepositionforthechosen
operationmode.
Especiallyat"automatic":
Ifitdoesnotstart-up,itcanbecausedbythehumidi-
stat.Iftheactual%RHislowerthanwanted,thehumi-
distatisbroken.
Thiscanbecheckedlikethis:
-adjustthehumidistatto20%RH,andthedehumidifier
shouldthenbeoperating
-adjustthehumidistatto90%RH,andthedehumidifier
shouldstopoperating.
TherelayD1(ondelay,1min.)controlsthegearmotor
andthereg.airfan.Thismeansthattheywillcontinue
operatingeventhatthedehumidifierisstoppedbya
connectedhumidistatorontheselectorswitch.
Thiscontinuedoperationcoolstheelectricheaterand
atthesametimetheevaporatedwatervapoursfromthe
warmrotormaterialinthereg.sectionisventilatedout
ofthedehumidifier.
Itisimportantthatthedehumidifierisstoppedasde-
scribedaboveandthisdelayforgearmotorandreg.air
fanisachieved.Ifnotthemoisturemightcauseshort
circuitinthePTCheateratrestart.
Airflowsshouldbeadjusted.
Thedryairflowshouldbeadjustedforthenominal100
m3/hforobtainingdatafromthecapacitydiagram.
Iftheinstallationisnormaldehumidificationofa
roomfor50-100%RFitisacceptablethatthedehumi-
fierisfreeblowing(withoutadjustment).
Iflowerdewpointsarewanted,youneedtoadjustthe
dryairflow.
