Base Component Removal and Installation
DOOR ADJUSTER BLOCK INSTALLATION
After installing the door adjuster block, install:
Lower front cover
Kickplate
Door panel
Set the door tension according to the product's Installation
Guide.
INSTALL THE DOOR ADJUSTER BLOCK
Route the door tension cables through the base of
the unit.
Use a

/
2
" socket to install the door adjuster bolt.
Connect the door tension cable to the springs on the
sides of the unit.
Verify that the cables move properly through each
pulley.
Use a
3
/
8
” combination wrench to install the nuts onto
the rear pulley cover.
Install the door adjuster cover.
Use a
3
/
8
” combination wrench to install the door
adjuster cover nuts.
