Base Component Removal and Installation
TEMPERATURE AND TURBIDITY SENSOR REMOVAL
WARNING
Turn off the power and water to the product
before starting this procedure.
To remove the temperature and turbidity sensor, first
remove:
Door panel
Kickplate
Lower front cover
Upper front cover
Lower rack
Lower spray arm
Sump filter screen and fine filter
Before proceeding, use a wet vacuum to remove water
from the sump.
DISCONNECT THE TEMPERATURE AND TURBIDITY
SENSOR WIRE CONNECTORS
Disconnect the temperature and turbidity sensor wire
connectors.
REMOVE THE TEMPERATURE AND TURBIDITY
SENSOR
Use a hand driver and T-20 driver to remove the two
screws holding the front TCO bracket in place.
Slide the bracket off the sensor.
Remove the temperature and turbidity sensor.
Remove the O-ring from the sump.
