Symptom Check Measures to take
Unusual taste of
water.
• Is the temperature of the supplying water
too high?
Replace the lter.
• Is it time to replace the ter? Replace the lter.
The amount of
ltered water has
suddenly increased
or decreased.
• Is the temperature of the supplying water
too high?
Replace the lter.
• Do you close the supplying water valve? Check the supplying water valve.
• Does the temperature of the supplying
water drop dramatically?
If the water temperature lowers, the amount
of ltered water reduced.
• It looks that the lter is blocked or
damaged.
Replace the lter.
No water comes
out.
• Is there the suspension of water supply or
the divert valve closed?
Open the diverter valve.
• It looks that the faucet is out of order. Ask for A/S to change the faucet.
• Have you missed the time of lter
replacement?
Replace the lter.
During operation,
all functions stop
suddenly.
• Is the supplying water supplied
smoothly?
Check the diverter.
The water Filtration device may operate abnormally due to minor causes not because of the
product malfunction but because of the fact that the user is not familiar with the product use.
In such a case, problems can be solved easily even without the help from the Service Center by
checking the following items. If you can’t solve the problem after checking the following items,
please call the Service Center.
