      If your Craftsman Snow Blower fails to discharge snow, there might be several reasons. First, the chute assembly could be clogged; immediately stop the engine, disconnect the spark plug wire, and clean the chute assembly and inside of the auger housing using a clean-out tool or a stick. Second, a foreign object might be lodged in the auger; in this case, stop the engine immediately, disconnect the spark plug wire and remove the object from the auger using a clean-out tool or a stick. Third, the auger cable may need adjustment; refer to the Assembly section for instructions. Fourth, the auger belt could be loose or damaged; in that case, replace the auger belt, referring to the Service and Maintenance section. Finally, the shear pins might be sheared; replace them with new ones.
