1. To attach the sanding disc

, carefully center it over the
sanding pad

ensuring the holes in the disc align with
the holes in the pad and press the disc firmly in place.
2. The hook and loop fastening system sanding disc can
be easily removed by simply pulling it off. It can be
reused asdesired.
NOTE: These sanders are not to be used in drywall
applications. Using a sanding screen (e.g., screen used for
sanding drywall) directly on the hook and loop pad will not
hold and will damage the hooks on the pad. The hooks on
the pad will wear very rapidly if left in contact with the work
surface while the tool is operating.

WARNING: Collected sanding dust from sanding
surface coatings (polyurethane, linseed oil, etc.)
can selfignite in sander dust bag or elsewhere
and cause fire. To reduce risk, empty bag frequently
and strictly follow sander manual and coating
manufacturer’s instructions.
CAUTION: Never operate these tools unless the dust
collector is in place. Sanding dust exhaust may create
a breathing hazard.
The dust bag

To attach the dust bag to the sander, line up the

Slide the dust bag

onto the dust port and turn the
dust bag clockwise to lock it in place.
To remove, turn the dust bag

counterclockwise and
slide off the dust bag.
To empty the dust bag, remove it from the dust port
and dump the sanding debris into an appropriate
trashreceptacle.
