  If the string won't advance when using the bump-feed head on your Cramer Trimmer, it could be due to several reasons: 1. The string may be welded to itself, in which case you should lubricate it with silicone spray. 2. There might not be enough string on the spool. Install more string. 3. The string could be worn too short. Pull the string while pressing the line release button. 4. The string could be tangled on the spool. Remove the string from the spool and rewind it.
